Merycoidodon culbertsoni!
Very little restoration. Here is an EXCELLENT eye catching Oreodont skull. The oreodon was a cud-chewing animal & roamed in great herds over the Oligocene & Miocene formations about 30 - 34 million years ago. Left side still has some matrix attached but appears all there.
All of it's front teeth were there.
A very nice collectors specimen!
AGE: Oligocene, Brule Formation, SD.
Skull is 7 3/4" long and 8 1/4" high with base.
Item# M119       $699.95
